The Challenge

One Canada Square is the prestigious office development in the Docklands area of London, working in partnership with a high standard office fit out company, Accurate were invited to survey the sixth floor and provide a bespoke solution to adapt the existing air conditiong system to suit the new office layout.

The Action

Accurate provided a full design specification including CAD drawings for approval, once the final layout had been decided and the green light to proceed was given Accurate lead the project through the early stages making sure not only our work was moving forward but all the associated trades including controls specialists were on site at the right time. Trying to co-ordinate all aspects of the mechanical installation whilst ensuring all health and safety procedures were followed proved a worthy challenge.

The Result

The overall project took eight weeks from design to completion, the client has now moved in and Accurate have moved on to new projects with new challenges to overcome.
