Accurate have won the contract to supply and install Mitsubishi air conditioning in a luxury town house in London's west end.
Working alongside a specialist builder, Accurate are providing comfort cooling to the bedrooms on the upper floors. The air conditioning system will be a City Multi "Mini" VRF heat pump system suitable for a medium sized domestic house or small office. This air conditioning heat pump installation consists of one common outdoor unit fitted externally at ground level, connected to three indoor units located in the loft for the third floor rooms and above the en-suite ceilings for the master bedroom on the second floor.
Each indoor unit, can be switched on / off and be temperature controlled independent of each other, using a wall mounted wired controller fitted into each room. Simultaneous heating and cooling across different rooms is not available with the heat pump multi, a VRV / VRF heat recovery installation would be required to achive this.
Having lots of experience in this type of work, Accurate will work close with the main contractor to ensure the project is completed and handed over on time and in budget.!!!!
